Miller's Dental Service LLC is a small, local family business built around practical, honest support for dental offices. Kevin Miller has been working independently in dental equipment service for over 15 years, helping offices keep their equipment running and their teams moving.

The goal is simple: dependable service, clear communication, and someone local who cares about the details. Whether your office needs troubleshooting, repair guidance, parts help, or equipment support, you are working directly with Kevin — not a call center.

In Office Dental Equipment Service

• $210 standard labor an hour
• $275 an hour emergency rate
• No travel fees within the Spokane area
• $145 an hour for travel outside of the Spokane area
• Additional time billed by the half hour
• Best rates around for a qualified technician
• Paper-free emailed billing

Dental Handpiece Repair

We service almost every type of dental handpiece. Please feel free to ask for a quote.

New and Used Equipment Sales

We carry multiple brands of equipment that can fulfill your needs. We can also help sell equipment that has been collecting dust or taking up space: we take images and item details, look for a buyer, and charge 20% commission for what sells. Sales are not guaranteed, and sold equipment is “as is.” Repairs or modifications can be handled upon request for regular repair fees.

Remote Technical Support

Remote technician support is available for offices where travel is difficult or costly. You will need high-speed internet, a smartphone connected to the internet, someone in the office who can turn a wrench, and a tool kit/parts kit if needed. We can help with free video apps such as FaceTime, Skype, Tango, or Facebook Messenger video.

Remote technician services are $150 an hour with a one-hour minimum. We can provide a tailored parts kit, with 10% off continued parts orders after the initial kit is ordered.

Scrap Metal / Doral Refining

Kevin is the local scrap metal representative for Doral Refining. This service is offered through an EPA-certified refining company, with security and environmental responsibility in mind, and the refinery sends a second check after the metal has been refined.
