How remote service helps

Remote support is useful when travel is difficult, the office is out of area, or you need quick help narrowing down the problem before spending money on a service call or parts.

1. Send the basics

Text photos or video, the equipment make/model/serial number, what changed, and what the office has already tried.

2. Troubleshoot on video

You provide the hands, phone camera, and basic tools. Kevin provides the diagnostic questions, safe checks, and repair direction.

3. Know the next step

If it can be handled remotely, Kevin will guide you. If it needs onsite service, a licensed trade, manufacturer support, or parts, he will tell you plainly.

Remote support rate: $150/hr, one-hour minimum. Tailored parts kits are available when needed; continued parts orders after the initial kit receive 10% off.

Remote service FAQ

What should we have ready?

A smartphone with good internet, someone onsite who can follow directions, basic hand tools, and access to the equipment area.

What problems can Kevin help with remotely?

Common starting points include air, water, suction, chair, light, handpiece delivery, error symptoms, simple part ID, and deciding whether a repair needs an onsite visit.

Is remote service only for local offices?

No. Remote support can help local offices move faster and out-of-area offices avoid unnecessary travel costs when a video-call triage makes sense.

Can Kevin help with parts?

Yes. Kevin can help identify parts and build a tailored parts kit when appropriate. Part availability and shipping times vary.

What if the problem cannot be fixed remotely?

Kevin will say so. Remote support is not a replacement for every in-office repair, electrical/plumbing work, manufacturer-only service, or unsafe repair situation.

How do we start?

Call or text Kevin at (509) 434-8843 with the equipment details and a short description of the issue. Photos or a quick video help speed things up.
